The solar VTree is
smart street furniture acting as a charging station for electronic devices,
gadgets and electric vehicles.
It is self-sustainable, powered by solar energy providing night light and offers free Wi-Fi to everyone in its vicinity.
In addition to this, it can be fitted with gadgets, such as meteorological sensors, radiation sensors or air quality/pollution sensors.

In 2015, we started an R&D program to validate new design concepts for cities and parks. After validating the technologies and designs, we moved to the prototype phase and tested our first product -VTree™ fractal -a tree-shaped, quick installation, solar powered, WIFI and energy provider that can beautifully be integrated in any city or park.

Delivery: minimum 2 weeks notice for rented trees and 3 weeks for new purchased trees (they are made to fit every time).
•Set-Up/Take-Down Time: 4 –5 hours to set up and 3 –4 hours to take down.
•Material of the VTree: structural steel type S235 (or higher), with anti-corrosive treatment composed of galvanization, primer coat and white finishing coat (unless silver version is preferred).
•Warranty:2 years for the steel framework and 1 year for the electrics.
•Maintenance: We can use subcontractors or our own team.
•Indoor use of the tree: The VTree can be used indoors, although it will not charge unless there is natural light available through windows. When used indoors the tree charges up to 50% through windows; if needed, it can also be charged via mains electricity.
•Dimensions: The dimensions of the solar tree are 2.5 x 2.5 x min. 4 and max. 5.5 (height) meters occupying an area of 5 m. and weighing 700 kg.The height of the tree can be amended up to 12m (the base will have to change accordingly, too).
•WIFI coverage: The WIFI range easily covers an area of up to 50m around the tree. This can be boosted to up to 200m with a professional router (only available in open space). Up to 200 handsets can connect simultaneously.
•Charging Stations: The tree comes naturally with 8 USB plugs, but we can install up to a max. of 32 USB plugs if required.
•Total energy output of the tree and voltage:750w and 24v.
•Total bandwidth of the tree when on autonomous Wifi: Our router has a bandwithof 1750 Gbps running dual frequencies at 2,4GHz and 5.0 GHz.
•Carbon Footprint of the tree: 1 solar tree equals 12 middle aged trees. A tree can absorb as much as 25kg of carbon dioxide per year, which is the equivalent of 50 kWh produced by our standard solar tree. Within a year a solar tree is harvesting around 600kWh of solar energy. In our calculations, we convert kWh to kg of carbon saved based on the current DECC guidelines. The conversion factor is 0.542 kg CO2 saved for each kWh produced from a carbon free source.
